CardplusCD:  Marketing Tool for the Bottom line

CardplusCD is a division of our staffing service.  CardplusCD was started in 1999.  JMPeters Staffing was started in 1984.  CardplusCD grew out of Tom Laskey’s love and talent to create and record original music. Initially the product was sold as a way to include a classy small gift with a card.  Since then, the applications and uses of CardplusCD continues to grow and multiply.  For our staffing service, it has proven to increase sales and set us apart from others who provide similar services.

While it may seem like a nice gesture to send a card and a full length instrumental CD, it is much more than that!  JMPeters uses CardplusCD to send news to our clients of special offers and promotions.  As an invitation to call and receive something extra with their order, it gives the recipients a reason to remember JMPeters when a need arises.

A coupon is inserted in the card offering a seasonal gift with purchase.  In winter, this might mean a gift card to a sunny theme restaurant: in the spring the coupon might create interest with an offer of a Target or Meijer card to help fill Easter Baskets: in the fall we have sent out coupons for a “cookie bouquet” to celebrate the “harvest season” and the holidays have brought offers of popcorn tins, floral bouquets or fruit baskets for the office staff to enjoy.

The Card and CD grabs their attention and the coupon will be kept along with the CD as an added incentive to call for the extra gift.  These marketing tools have been effective in generating business and an aura of fun for our clients and ourselves. So be creative with CardplusCD and add to your bottom line.
